Multi-Strand Pearl Bracelet in Platinum and White Gold, Length 6 3/4"
This gorgeous, one-of-a-kind bracelet designed by Sugar et Cie features an original Art Deco diamond and platinum brooch. It's antique inspired with a modern twist.
This multi strand pearl bracelet has 16 strands of culture pearls and a custom hand-made clasp in a solid 18K white gold.
The inspiration for the design comes from Princess Alexandra's favorite piece of jewelry, her pearl choker or Collier dec Chien necklaces. Some were just multiple strands of pearls others had a diamond plaque at the center. She popularized the trend in the early 1900's and it continued on into the Art Deco period.
Dimensions & Details
- The diamond plaque (converted brooch) at the center of the necklace is set with Diamonds and platinum and measure just und 1/34" by .62".
- The center stone measures 3.3 mm in diameter.
- The bracelet is 6 3/4" in length and will comfortably fit a wrist of 6 inches or less in circumference.
- The bracelet is approximately 2" in width.
- The bracelet weighs 56.3 grams.
- The clasp is solid 18k white gold and measures 1.6" by 1/2".
Origin
- The brooch is believed to be French, but is not hallmarked. The bracelet was designed and handcrafted in the U.S. by Sugar et Cie.
